Browser-based software for authorised users
We develop web applications and portals that allow employees, customers, suppliers or other approved users to access defined functions through a web browser.
Each application is scoped around the required users, permissions, workflows, information and integrations. Public content websites are not treated as a substitute for application requirements: where the project includes user accounts, business logic, stored data or administrative functions, those elements are specified separately.

- dashboards and reporting views;

Delivery and hosting
We can prepare the application for deployment to an agreed hosting environment. The responsible party for cloud infrastructure, backups, monitoring, domain configuration, security administration and third-party subscriptions is identified in the project documents.
Where we arrange or manage a continuing hosted service, the applicable recurring charges, usage limits and service responsibilities are agreed in writing.
Commercial model
Development is charged by fixed project fee, delivery milestone or agreed time-based rates. Continuing maintenance or hosting-related management may be charged through a separate recurring service fee. External hosting and software-provider charges are itemised or paid directly by the client, as agreed.
