We review the requirement, users, workflows, dependencies, risks and priorities. The output may include a feature list, technical recommendation, delivery plan and initial estimate.
We develop software when a standard product does not adequately address a client's requirements or when a new digital capability must be created.
The work begins with the intended outcome rather than a predetermined technology. We establish what the software must do, who will use it, which systems or data it depends on and how completion will be assessed.

We review the requirement, users, workflows, dependencies, risks and priorities. The output may include a feature list, technical recommendation, delivery plan and initial estimate.
The proposed functions, interfaces, data flows and acceptance criteria are documented to an appropriate level for the project.
The agreed software is built in planned stages. Review points may be used to obtain feedback and confirm that the work remains aligned with the approved scope.
Defined functions are checked against the agreed requirements. Identified defects within scope are recorded and addressed before release or handover.
We assist with release to the agreed environment and provide the handover items included in the contract. Ongoing maintenance can be commissioned separately.
Clients pay DMA Capitals Solutions for the professional time and deliverables involved in planning, developing, testing and releasing the software. Fees may be fixed for a clearly defined project, divided across milestones or calculated using agreed time-based rates.
New requirements or changes that fall outside the accepted scope are documented and priced before they are undertaken.
The client is normally responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely decisions, authorised access, suitable test information and any third-party permissions needed for delivery. Project-specific responsibilities are confirmed in writing.
