Agreed working arrangements
We confirm the principal contacts, communication channels, working language, expected response times and suitable meeting windows across time zones.
Currency, tax and payment terms
The quotation identifies the invoicing currency, payment schedule and applicable taxes where these can be determined. Clients are responsible for their own local tax, import, withholding or reporting obligations unless the contract states otherwise.
Data and system access
Before receiving access to personal data, live systems or confidential materials, we identify the purpose and access needed. Where relevant, the parties agree confidentiality, data-processing and international-transfer provisions.
Governing terms
The contract identifies the law, jurisdiction and dispute provisions that apply to the engagement.

What clients purchase
International clients purchase defined software-development deliverables or technical services from DMA Capitals Solutions. Charges may be based on a fixed project, milestones, time spent or a recurring maintenance or service arrangement.
We do not operate as an undisclosed intermediary. If a specialist subcontractor or external service is relevant to delivery, responsibilities and commercial treatment are addressed in the project documents as appropriate.

Please provide:
- your organisation's legal name and country;
- the name and role of the authorised project contact;
- a summary of the required software or technical work;
- required integrations or third-party systems;
- data locations or restrictions known to you;
- target delivery dates; and
- the preferred contracting and payment currency.
We may request further business-verification or project information before accepting an engagement.
