How we operate
Documented commercial terms
The relevant proposal or agreement identifies the service, delivery assumptions, fees, payment dates and responsibilities of both parties. Changes outside the agreed scope are assessed and priced separately.
Controlled delivery
Work is divided into appropriate stages. Reviews, testing and acceptance activities are built into the delivery plan where relevant to the project.
Accountable communication
Clients are given an agreed point of contact and communication method for project decisions, access requests, feedback and issue reporting.
Responsible data handling
Access to client systems or data is limited to what is reasonably required for the contracted work. Project-specific security, confidentiality and data-protection responsibilities are agreed according to the nature of the engagement.
