Connect approved systems and data flows
Integration work allows separate software systems to exchange defined information.
We design or implement software connections using available APIs, documentation and authorised access.
Integration work may include
- reviewing source and destination systems;
- mapping fields and business rules;
- developing or consuming APIs;
- configuring authentication methods;
- transforming data into the required format;
- scheduling data transfers or responding to system events;
- recording errors and failed transfers;
- testing with approved environments; and
- preparing technical handover information.
Approved systems, exchanging the right data
Connections are mapped, tested with approved environments and handed over with technical information.
Dependencies and limitations
An integration depends on the availability, capability and continued operation of the relevant systems. Before quoting, we may need to review technical documentation, API limits, licensing terms, security requirements and access arrangements.
We do not control third-party platforms. Changes, outages, restrictions or charges imposed by an external provider may affect an integration and can require additional work.
Commercial model
Integration projects are charged through an agreed project price, staged fees or time-based rates. Third-party subscriptions, usage charges and vendor support costs are separate unless expressly included in our proposal. Continuing monitoring or maintenance can be supplied under a recurring support arrangement.
